The park's full service conference amenities include five meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment, catering, and a group services coordinator to assist in making arrangements and reservations.

The Azalea Conference/Banquet Room seats 110 banquet and 140 theatre style. The Magnolia Room is suitable for small groups of up to 30 banquet and 45 theatre style. The Oak, Maple, and Chinquapin Rooms can accommodate groups from 12 to 50 people for meetings or training seminars.

The combination of 20 guest rooms in the lodge and 14 cottages give groups plenty of flexibility for lodging.
